Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges upon delivery. If a shipment is refused due to these costs, shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage at heavyfootworks@outlook.com.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at heavyfootworks@outlook.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
Returns Related to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs or duties, or failure to collect the package, the cost of shipping and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
